White Sand Villas Seseh is a Mediterranean-inspired development of two 3-bedroom private villas, designed for modern coastal living in one of Bali’s emerging lifestyle areas.
We delivered the project end-to-end, from land sourcing and concept design through construction and completion. Both villas were successfully sold and fully delivered, demonstrating strong buyer demand and execution certainty.

Azura is a high-end cliffside development comprising six private villas, a spa, and a restaurant, designed in a modern architectural style softened by natural wood finishes.
This was a fully A–Z mandate, with the client entrusting us to lead land strategy, concept development, design, construction, and post-completion management. The result is a premium hospitality asset that reflects both refined design and strategic execution in one of Bali’s most exclusive settings.

White Sand Villas Bingin is a high-density boutique development of 11 private villas set on a 1,600 m² site, designed to maximise both space efficiency and rental performance in one of Bali’s most in-demand locations.
We led the project end-to-end, covering land sourcing, development strategy, construction, furnishing, and marketing. All units were sold out in under three months, demonstrating strong market demand and execution strength.
